First Post

This is my first blog post, it may not be very good, so I apologize in advance. This blog is about me and my life so I'm going to tell you a little about me. I'm 18 and a new college student at my local community college and puppet group leader at my church. I still live at home with my grandparents. I have two sisters, Maycee and Mary. Maycee is a senior in high school and 11 months younger than me. Mary is 8 and starting the 3rd grade. I'm also in a long distance relationship with my boyfriend. His name is Brandon we have been dating for 7 months. He is in the Army and stationed in Arizona for AIT, job training for the military. He is going to work in intelligence. We had been dating for 3 months when he left and I haven't seen him since and won't until November.
Now I named this blog My New Adventures because I'm going through a lot of new adventures that I will discuss in my blog.

1. College- I'm going to college to be an elementary school teacher and I'm also contemplating getting a combined degree with special education as well. I'm also an honors student which means I take honors classes and I have three class meetings to choose a course I want to do something extra in.
2. Long Distance Relationships- I've figured out I don't like time zones or military rules about when you can or can't do something. I also hate how long distance makes it harder to talk to each other, but I plan to make it work.
3. Daily Struggles- I can't drive, I don't have a job, I don't have many friends. I'm pretty much a very boring person, but I plan to change all that.
4. Christianity- I love being puppet leader and struggle with reading God's word, but I am going to start getting better at that.
5. Music- I like music.
6. Anything else that I find interesting.
